Most of the people work so hard to get six pack. But very few people gets the six pack. and when we see people with six pack with very few efforts we starts to think that Why I can't get six pack ? But, That is so wrong. Be
cause  if we can see what is the problem in our efforts.
So, In this blog I will share some mistakes of most people that why they can't get six pack.

Thinking of getting six pack. you first should know can anyone get abs ? 
And the answer is Yes. I know that some meders will say that If some one have diseases like thyroid they can't lose weight. but with operation diseases like that can also be cured and after that they are also able to get abs.


So, now lets start the work or workout.

Problem No. 1 Less Motivation

Most of the times people starts training but when they can't see results in short term they just give up.
But you should not do that According with my knowledge a healthy and average witted person like 70 to 75 kg can get six packs maximum 7 to 8 months or less. but they have to work smartly.and if you are not getting six packs in that time check your training program and diet. if you still don't get abs just comment us we will try to make free training program which is suitable for you.  
Why I can't get six pack abs

If you can't stay motivated continuously to work just hear motivational workout songs.
And if you don't feel to start the workout just hear songs for ten minutes and after that you will be motivated for training.
I personally do that.

And the biggest of having people cheat days is not knowing the difference between murcel breaking and muscle soreness. 

Problem No. 2 Having less morsels

I know that the people with abs will say that six packs are all about cardio. 
But that is not the truth. Just imagine if you have very less fat and dont have mussels your belly will look flat or more deep but if you want to see your abs you have to do resistance training and if you can't,  just do training which have cardio and resistance training for core like boxing. 

And of course If you think push-ups will give you six pack faster think again.You Have to do Planks, crunches, leg raises, bicycles.

You can also do mountain climber which will make your abdominal muscles and loose fan together.

So, look at yourself  and think about it if you have less muscles you will be not able to have six packs.
If you doso just add core resistance training in your program.

Problem No. 3 Only relying on gym

The very big problem people we see are having is in now days people are just working in gym and that is not really the wrong thing but todays most gyms are mainly focused on strength training. They train for cardio but they are not giving that important to cardio which it should have.
They don't focus on all aspects. 
That is the reason the people like us have to come.

So if your gym is not giving you satisfactory results, leave it and if you can't leave the gym it's ok just comment us your gyms training program and we will tell you what you have to add or remove from your program. and if you don't have access of gym tell us we will contact and make free training program which is specifically made for you without equipment.

So, don't dout on your trainer, just cheak can your trainer understand your indivujual body responses becouse evry body is defrent every acts difrently.

People think that if they are eating protein shakes powder they will have six pack.
Ant that is the myth. 
Let's talk about it more deeply.
If you are not taking way protein it's ok. but you have to eat more meat and rice. And also you have to eat all types of vegetables and fruit because our body don't just need  Protein your body needs some vitamins also so you have to eat vegetables and fruits. If you will not eat then you will feel very low and you will be not feel good to do workout.
So, you have to make your daite well rounded.

Not setting goals is a major mistake people make when starting a fat loss phase.
And I’m not talking about telling yourself “I want to lose fat,” because that’s the same as saying “I want to be rich.” You must have a deadline, and it must be specific, otherwise it’s just a dream.
Think about it. You wouldn’t take your car and start driving without knowing where you are going. That’s the same thing. Everything you are going to do and every choice you are going to make depends on your goal and how much time you have to achieve it.
Make sure your goal is realistic, even if it’s ambitious. You can set a goal of getting down to 5 to 6 percent body fat, but just make sure to give yourself enough time to get there. As a rule of thumb, a loss of one percentage point of body fat per week is possible until you get down to 10 percent body fat. I still suggest going slower than that, but if you tend to lose fat quickly, it’s possible.
If your goal is to get below that, which is necessary for most people who want to see their abs, it’s best to give yourself two weeks to lose one percentage point of body fat.
Problem No. 6 Warm up & stretching
Most of the people think that warm up is not important in ab training but that is wrong you have to do warm up before workout and stretching after workout so your body can get free. Remember Warm up is for increasing blood flow in your muscles so you can use your full strength and stretching is for reducing your muscles blood flow and letting them recover.
So, you have to do warm up before workout and stretching after workout.Stretching is very important for preventing injuries.
Problem No. 7 cardio
You will say that oh man what are you talking we are doing cardio.But, Are you doing that cardio which will help you burn fan.There are three types of cardio. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Steady State (SS), and Intervals (which is a mix of HIIT and SS). You have to do slow and long time taking cardio for example slow cycling for 60 min. Because this type of cardio will burn more fat than others.
